 Dear Friends, Family, and Associates,

Roger and I have given more than we have ever asked in return to various people, organizations and causes and we have decided to ask for help in giving to those that need it most during this time of year.

As everyone is aware, Nick, our son is an enlisted soldier and now represents a demographic of society that we, The Merrell’s, never gave consideration of our charitable contributions. After investigating the need of Military Families during this time of year, I have taken on the responsibility of adopting 2 Military Families for the upcoming Christmas.

As one who has taken for granted the sacrifices made by these families in the past for our freedom I feel it is time to give, if only a little, to those Families who are less fortunate then we are.

I am asking for an act of Kindness from all that we know to donate what you can so we can fulfill the needs of these families that sacrifice far more than we will ever know.
